PHYSICAL AILMENTS: First admittance for puncture injury severing nerves in R shoulder, patient left with limited functioning R arm. Follow up examination found further issues - slight curvature of the spine, thoracic spine L curve, lumbar R curve; self-mutilation of both arms. On last admittance patient was in serious emergency medical distress, catastrophic trauma caused the loss of both legs and L arm, noise-induced hearing loss, extensive burns to upper L chest, diastatic skull fracture, and disfigurement of lower extremities necessitating organ diversion. treatment included double hip disarticulation, double forequarter amputation, skull plate screws, installation of bone-anchored hearing aids, etc.
MENTAL AILMENTS: grossly innappropriate behaviour, inflated sense of self importance, possible body dysmorphia, anxiety, aggression
